False Advertising.. Still waiting for cancellation to take place

DO NOT ATTEND PRESENTATIONS AND DO NOT SIGN CONTRACTS

We unfortunately fell for the same trap as many, these guys are still operating and making people believe that they will get great holiday discounts and if you are already a member of a holiday club they lure you into believing you will make lots of money out of it. Errol Van Der Westhuizen very convincing salesman, sells you false information and tries to make you believe that you are going to make money from existing holiday bonus weeks. An absolute False pretense. We signed a contract with Vacation Hub International on the 04 April 2018 and cancelled the contract the next day via Registered mail within the 5 day cooling off period. Being in Pretoria we managed to get our documents to Somerset West in1 day. We still to date have received no feedback regarding when the cancellation will be done due to the fact that they still don't have our contract REALLY?? A week and a half later. We paid R9199 for this so called great service and now obviously when its time to refund, you are given the run around but its easy to take peoples money. Please don't fall for this false marketing trick and false advertising. Stay clear of these presentations and signing these contracts.
