False advertising
During the presentation discuss on the 1 Dec 2017 with Clement/Russel. I have mentioned that I cannot afford any addiontal expenses as we are pensioners. I have then mentioned that I am a member of Holiday Club and he then mentioned that they can rent my points out at a fee and by me getting the additional income it will be possible for me to afford this. Based on this I then agreed with the agreement. Clement also mentioned that this will happen before the 1st payment is deducted this was not the cases. I am not happy with the service to date and feel that the whole presentation and information was misleading. I was in contact with the TCO section Sonja . Sonja mentioned that this is dependant on availability. This was not my understanding from the salesman. I would like to cancel my agreement as it was falsely presented to me. I want my deposit/activation fee back. I contacted Sonja to get my agreement cancelled and she said that an cancellation fee will be due. I feel this is unfair as the whole presentation was misleading and information given was untrue.
