EXEPTIONAL SERVICE

We became members January 2017, March 2017 we went and visit the people at VHI House in Somerset West, and what a nice lot of ladies . Elsabe and the team treated us with tea and spend time with us going thru the Web site , we made our first booking, and Semone , the dedicated travel agent for us at the time, kept us in the loop all the time , i even made a duplicate payment to VHI for the trip, and got our money back as soon as they found it on their system. Fantastic service , we had such a lovely time at Mabalingwe, when we arrived there , our file was ready and everyting was perfect, my son also made two bookings thru VHI for there getaways. one trip to Mabalingwe and the other one is with MSC and Semone also helped him with his bookings .. we saved a lot on all three trips. VHI. we just want to thank you all for the friendly good service we as family received from you all.,,, and will for sure visit your offices again when we are in the Cape next year .
