Excellent Service and an overall saving of 30%

Suleilah was incredibly helpful and always polite and friendly. She went over and above to consider my needs, and even when it came to the final quote, was happy to relook at everything to consider other options. She took the entire trip into account, offered extras which would be helpful, evaluated additional extras to see if they would be cost effective and gave me really valuable advice so I could make an informed decision. She always called to give me feedback when she had it, or before she made changes to the quote so we were both on the same page, and I really appreciated the way she handled the entire process.

We were able to save about 30% on an international booking on accommodation for 5 people, and this made the membership really worthwhile. Flights are not always cheaper, but domestic and international accommodation is, and not just out in the sticks, and you get great service. This is not one of those **** deals. I am very happy I bought into this.
