Excellent, friendly and professional service

Shilane assisted in finding me cheaper packages when I brought to her attention that booking.com could provide me with a cheaper option. She called me to advise of what she had found and immediately sent the packages through to me. We were planning a 4 night stay and because of this service and the package special, our stay is extended to 7 nights. She always responds to my queries timeously and provides professional service. She is always polite and friendly. I was always sceptical about signing up for “discounted” holiday rates and when we did sign-up, I had a pit in my stomach, however since booking our first holiday through VHI, I have never looked back. The savings are tremendous and the holidays are always amazing. Thank you VHI for a great experience so far. I look forward to the future holidays we will book with you.
