I recently joined VHI. When I initially phoned and explained what my need was, I was referred to Ronell. I explained to Ronell that it was my first booking for a boat cruise vacation on the Baltic Ocean and that I also need accommodation for an extended vacation period before and after the cruise during June 2017 .

Ronell listened and understood my needs and my budget. She booked the boat cruise as well as clean affordable accommodation for us before and after the boat cruise dates. After the bookings were done it was followed up with the proof of booking and where applicable the necessary vouchers. In the process of understanding my needs and budget, Ronell was always patient and friendly. After a discussion by e-mail or by phone she gave feedback with an updated e-mail. Ronell did go out of her way and walked the extra mile to assist me with my booking and requests.

Arriving safely back in South Africa after the vacation and looking back it was one of the best vacation experiences we as a family had. Everything during the vacation went smoothly as all the bookings and arrangements were done correctly.

Based on this positive experience I already booked for two more vacation adventures. This time two other friendly and patient consultants assisted me.
