Excellent achievement under pressure

Have you ever tried to arrange flights, accommodation and car hire, during school holidays, on very short notice while, traveling from one province to another? No easy task I can assure you, especially if you are off an older generation and not that tech savvy!

I needed to arrange to get to George for a funeral at 11h00 on Wednesday morning while travelling from Ladysmith to eMalahleni on Monday. I knew that we would have to get flights for Tuesday and stay over in order to be in time for the service.

Radhika was an absolute star! She must have realised that I was very stressed. She kept me updated and informed all the time. When I was unable to review the emails, she gave me the options verbally and patiently.

Rhadika was able to book us a room in spite of George and surrounding areas being full due to the school holidays.

When she was unable to book a car she informed me immediately but was happy to keep looking and eventually got us a super car to use.

Joining VHI was one of the best decisions we have made.
