It’s very seldom these days that you have the pleasure to phone a company and speak to someone who is passionate and understanding. Not to talk about the nature in which she handles your phone call on first encounter with the company. Such a friendly and kind manners over the phone. Soon my membership will be activated and then we can start planning our holidays and weekends get away. She has also offered to assist me to log my travel request online once my membership account is activated.</p>
