Empty Promises
On 20 June 2018 we attended a presentation of how we can save on holiday bookings. Promises were made to us by the presenter and we decided to join. These promises were empty promises and four months later I asked VHI to cancel my contract and pay back all monies paid as product were sold to us with these conditions where they referred me to the contract T & C's. VHI now offered us reduction on the premium but refuse to cancel my contract. Be careful
