Dishonest marketing
<p>while VHI does provide a service for cheaper booking rates, be very careful of the contract!! The sales team or marketing team paint an entirely different picture to what actually occurs. We were sold a lot of ******* about using our Holiday Club points, sold to VHI for fantastic prices. This is an outright lie - it doesnt happen. The price you sign for is what you will pay and expect nothing for Holiday Club points.</p>

We regret your complaint and the fact that you have cancelled your membership and is no longer a member with us.
My investigation does reveal that whilst you were an active member you did receive all the services that was promised to you. During our telephone conversation with you, you confirmed that as your travel agent, we did offer you a great travel service and that you did receive all the services described in your service agreement.
We are not a timeshare company and we do not sell or trade in timeshare.
