disgusting service and attitude

<p>struggling for almost 8 months if not more to cancel VHI holiday club membership. after sending thousands of mails dealing with different people making all these lovely empty promises! never coming back with any kind of feedback. i finally spoke to a very rude stinking attitude MAGGIE! the moment you want to cancel they are so rude and nasty that i get told that she will handle my cancellation when she gets there and that she only got the email now1 funny how the other 100 mails i sent was to the exact same mailing address!! this is super disgusting service and i urge anyone to never ever sign up with VHI - they take your money and are never willing to properly assist the moment you have an issue! they turn into snakes once you decide not to be with them anymore. i have never in my life experienced such nasty attitude or service as a client ever!!</p>
