Deposit not returned
<p>My previous complaint they had marked as resolved when it has not been attended to at all. They still owe me my deposit and avoid obvious questions. Today I received a call from their lawyer asking for more money despite my cancellation within the 5 day period. </p>

We regret your perception and complaint. We always act within the law. As per the CPA, once your cancellation fee is paid, your membership will be cancelled.

I was not advised of the cancellation fee. At no point was any figure articulated to me in any event. You have a deposit of over nearly R6000 so I am puzzled as to how you can ask for more than that??
