<p>Approximately 10 weeks ago I filed several complaints about the poor quality of service in responding to my correspondence and for agent not explaining finer details of contract.</p> <p>I have since been assisted and the issue is being resolved.</p> <p>Special thanks to Elsabe Labuschagne for all her time and effort.</p>
I retract my compliments posted 20 days earlier. I keep getting told the meeting is on "Monday" or on "the 15th of the month" and still no word from VHI!!!
