Complaint against VHI.

I wrote a previous review which was not placed due to defamatory content. I do respect all people and believe I only spoke the truth. I will keep this short as posible without any defamatory content. On the 14th of March 2019 me and my wife attend a presentation by VHI . I told the consultant that I am not intersected and only came for the free break away . He told us that he can show us that we can afford it ! He asked me if we have other timeshares and I told him about them. He said he can sell the 3 weeks timeshares for about R45000 as the clients pay in dollars and pounds. He even had a list of clients in a book that he showed us. The consultant told us that nothing would be deducted from my bank account as the time shares income will cover everything. I trusted the man and except and signed the contract. We sc****d all our money's together and payed over R14,399 . I could not afford this but thought I would get all the money back by using VHI. Up to now I lost a week for the timeshare I thought Would be sold. In total I lost R21,469 . I can't afford to lose any more money ! The letter I was sent to confirm my timeshare stated that I will only get market value for my timeshares and a 20% retainer for VHI. So I will just keep on losing money. I also would not afford to go on any holidays. VHI also stated that they can't guarantee that my timeshares would be rented out. So why would I have invested in such a scheme if We only lose !! I ask VHI to cancel my contract . We did not use any service of VHI and they gained R17,399 . What can they possibly lose ? It can leave me in debt for a long time !
