Cancerllation of contract

Since 18-01-2016 I am struggling to have my contract cancelled.<br> <br> They keep on saying that the \Cancellation committee\" will forward me the banking details as I have to \"pay<br> a penalty\". Various requests have been sent to them. In the mean time the debit order is still being deducted<br> and they would not let me cancel it.<br> <br> I even warned them that I would contact you people, but it did not help. All I want is their banking details.<br> <br> Thank you "
