Cancelling of contact section 16 of CPA act

Vacation Hub International invited me to a presentation on the 8/10/2015.I ended up signing a contract with them, and paid my R14339 deposit. Later that evening I read all the fine print on the back of the contract and it was not close to what was told to me in person. The next day I decided to cancel the contract as per section 16 of the CPA act.I phoned them and they refused to give me a physical or email address so that I could send a registered letter to cancel.Via the internet I found a few physical addresses. On the 12/10/2015 I sent 3 registered letters to the addresses i found and 1 registered letter to the P.O.Box number stated on the back of the contract.I also sent a fax and numerous emails.I have proof of all this.I have phoned a few times and they tell me the person I need to speak to is not available, and to date they have not returned my calls or responded to my emails. The consumer act states that they have 15 working days in which to return my deposit without penalty. I will now contact the The National Consumer Commission as well as proceed with legal action. Just from reading the complaints on this site alone,it seems to be just common practice from this company.
