Beware of Cancellation Clauses when buying VHI

Beware when signing up for Vacation Hub International, Direct Marketers are keen to make you sign up and declare they explained all the T&Cs but the reality you face when you try to Cancel contract is a nasty surprise !! 50% of the total contract value if not done within 5 days of signing up.<br> <br> The scary bit is that your contract you sign up doesn't even reach the VHI Administration within 5days and you don't have even have a membership number. <br> <br> When we bought the VHI membership, a quick scan on Hello Peter looked good, I would recommend you don't give in easily to Direct Marketers and take your time to view the proposal carefully.<br> <br> The supposed distinction in cost savings are not that grand either, on 2 occasions we were able to secure better rates than VHI offered. Also there's many websites that don't cost a dime where you can choose to book accommodation at well below the rack rates.
