Bad client services and *******

We are trying since April 2017 to cancel our contract with VHI and to stop deductions from our account but with no luck. Empty promises as the first time we met - we told them they are the same as any other holiday company doing the same type of business and they said "no" - well you have proven to us that you are actually worse. Elsabe has made so many promises and but till today no positive response of money been deducted since April till today's date that was suppose to be stopped and refunded. Emails ignored, phone calls ignored, battle to get to the next person in-line to report bad service. Anyone approached by VHI in any way - STAY AWAY !!!!!!!
