Attention to Detail, Prices that other Agents or I Couldnt Match , and an Amaizing Holiday!

My husband and I purchased a membership with this company very hesitantly and were concerned that we had been ****med! It takes a short while to get all of the administration sorted out but once we were part of the system it is all so easy. We were booking a complicated overseas holiday. Sulene was our agent and she paid very close attention to what was important to us. We saved on the cruise we booked and ended up being upgraded to an amazing suite that had an awesome balcony. When I say we saved, it was at least R2,000.00 The flights she got also saved us a couple thousand and the hotel in Venice, Italy was on the Grand Canal and awesome!! They have been such a huge help and have taken the stress out of planning a holiday. I am American living in South Africa. I have high expectations and Sulene made planning the holiday a joy. It should be that way, the anticipation and planning should be a pleasant part of your holiday and VHI certainly did their part to assist and offer service of the highest standard! Thank YOU Sulene and VHI! I am now planning the next one and she is already pulling out all the stops!! I cannot recommend them High enough!!
