Admin at it's worst
Their admin is the worst I have ever experienced. Cancelled my membership over a year ago and as I had no feed back, assumed all was accepted and that was it. Now because of their poor admin they are claiming they never received my cancellation and I am going to have to pay for the year fees in order not to be blacklisted. How come it took a year to follow up on the so called non payment just goes to show how messed up their admin is. Please be vigilant and make sure you get a formal letter from them with every transaction you do with them. I will go as far as to say that one should have no dealings with this organisation. They are just talking peoples money and not following up with the service they promise.
