VUT’s Registration and Refund Process

I recently app**** at Vut and paid the amount of R2 500 as the registration fee, only to be informed later that my application was not accepted. While I understand that not all applications can be successfully, I am extremely disappointed with how Vaal University of Technology (VUT) has handled the refund process for my registration fee.

Despite multiple attempts to contact the administration and request my refund, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment. This lack of communication and transparency is frustrating and unprofessional. As a prospective student, I expected better treatment and a more efficient process.

I hope VUT takes immediate action to resolve this and improve their refund process for my refund and future applicants. Until then, I cannot recommend VUT to other prospective students. Students number ***
