VUT 's digusting management

V.U.T is absolutely a terrible institution , the attitude of the staff members at the financial aid is disgusting, they are never willing to help you, I am using a SETA busary and laid a claim 4 weeks back for books and meals , nothing has happened ever since I do not have any books and my busary covered the cost for books , they simply have to approve my claim , but then nothing is ever easy with the finance department and now I am falling behind with my studies which will lead to me failing modules which will then lead to me losing my busary which will lead to me being a drop-out and not being able to support my aging single mother. The SRC is also useless I reported the matter with them long time ago , still no response , they do not even remember what my issue was
