VUT is pathetic

I have never seen such a useless institution , I guess my problem will always be that people in their offices they are better than people calling asking for help , been calling VUT going to 3 weeks now trying to register my younger brother for this second semester , because on the ITS I get the "Institution hasn't enabled this option for you , please contact us for enquiries " and when I call no one is answering the phone , from the faculty number to exam to switchboard , guys if you people are working from home they should b equipped with resources to be able to help people , I have been calling , sending mails and no reply or help , I honestly hate the treatment am getting from this place , all i want is to register my brother and or someone to answer the phone and help me , and be willing to help and not judge me from the other side , it's really pathetic what we go through to get help , worse acting all clever whereas you not sure the level of education or the type of work the person you speaking to is doing , I hate being patronized by someone who i suppose to do their job, i give up on this institution shame , i don't think they can get out of the slumber they are currently in , if a mere registration and a basic thing like answering a phone to give information is such a mission ? then they have a long way to go to take vaal tech to the standard it was once in Pathetic
