Vaal University of Technology and their bad attitude/response towards students

I am so emotional and disgusted by the response I received from one of the Professors at Vaal University of technology ,"Prof T. B. Tengen.". I have app**** to further my studies with the institution in 2017 September and to date I have not received any feedback. I have been communicating with the Department admin trying to follow up on my application for weeks since it shows that they have received it however the status has not coded yet on the self-Service. Only now am I am being told by "Prof T. B. Tengen" that they cannot help me as they do not deal with students admission. He wasn't part of the engagements I had with the department earlier this year, only NOW he is responding with such bad attitude.
