Unfair registration

Hi all my daughter app**** last year when she was doing matric.she was accepted at vut early last month under good managent course so we event there due to covid we were not allowed in but the were students who were helping outside who gave us information n told us that she was accepted we need to go pay the registration fee which we did pay which was on Saturday on Sunday we recieved and saying nafsas has unblocked the status. Later that day when we check the status it said unsuccessful due to the course being full.ttlhe we went again to vaal we were told by the same student it will be fixed apparently the are lots of student that same thing has happened my concern is no one is willing to help or tel me what's going on src student keep on telling us that it will be fixed when I phoned they told me to wait but my concern is the classes have started. I even send lots of emails to management which I don't get any responce even at finance department or refund for my money if I can't be helped but still no respond and their line it's just ringing.my daughters student number is ***.
