Registration

I am really hurt as an adult when i had planned to go back to school in order to add something to my academic career, I app**** for Labour law last year and was accepted, at the time when i was supposed to add subjects the system shuts down and was sent a message that IT from VUT is working it, I was checking this everytime at the time it was up and running it tried including subjects to my dismay it would not and I saw error message saying Owe, when i had paid R2500, when I enquired at finance they told me it is because I owe R4, imagine blocked for R4 when i had paid R2500 on the 6 Jan 2022. I need the institution to ensure that I study this course this year or else I am takoing this matter to the courts. Student no: ***
