REFUND WRONGFUL FUNDS!

I have been trying to get assistance for a refund of the wrongful registration payment of R11 290 made to this institution, which was meant for another institution. I have been emailing and calling since 2023 March but I am getting no solution. That money doesnt even amount to your registration fee I dont understand why is it so hard to just refund it to the account that made the payment. The securities at the gate dont even allow none students to get in. I am tired of this, its been dragging for far too long!
