Poor Service From VUT

I'm a Biotechnology diploma student doing only 2 of my S4 modules. But I'm struggling to recieve my recommendation letter from the WIL coordinator in our department, it's been 2 months already being hovered by anxiety and stress because I see posts on the daily and have approached few individuals who are willing to help me but all of these need the letter from the institution so I can proceed to interviews one date has passed already. We miss opportunities because of the laziness of the VUT staff who leave our emails on read and always not available in their office, neither do they issue our credentials that we need for applications🚮
