poor service

<p>I have been trying to get my module outline from vaal university for the past two weeks and they keep on transfering me from pillar to post, one lady answered the phone and promised to emailed to me before end of the day but i'm still waiting.</p> <p>Now when I call they answer and start to laugh. I'm very angry as I needed my documents before Monday.</p> <p>Im trying to be credited at another institution and they need my module outline.</p>
