Is VUT a fly by night university 😡

I registered and paid to further my studies with VUT. I got no feedback from them , no timetable nothing. When I email the administration I get a vague response. When you call all the relevant departments they do NOT answer their phones. Today I went there only to find that their systems are down and was told that there’s nothing they can do. They not even promising me to call me back and sort out my registration issue. Is this a fly by night university?
