Getting no assistance

I called & asked for a mail with my \Academic record"as I require it for applications.<br> All I got was a quick don't really care attitude to mail proof of payment.<br> When I mailed to that specific address to verify if all the details are correct & what the exact amount is to be paid all I got back was \""Please send me the proof of payment\"".<br> When I mail back again asking if the details are correct & how much to pay I get no response.<br> With all this no care & no response attitude it tell me that they want to ***** my money."""
