Failure to Respond to Finance Query on Account

Good day

I have been paying for my outstanding fees since 2015. As per your finance department, my account is fully paid but i am still being sent from pillar to post whenever I call in.

********** 9000, ********** and *** I need my statement and o continue with my studies. This is ridiculous!!
