Erroneous financial statements

On the 17th February 2017, I visited VUT to register for two subjects, Engineering s****s and Social Intelligence. I only registered for two subjects, because I am working full time through a bursary from my company I’m working for. The week after registration I printed a copy of my proof of registration to send to my work so that they can sort out the financial part of the studies. But on my proof of registration it showed that VUT registered me for the whole course(not only the two that I registered for). So on the 24th of February, a week later, I stood in a long queue to cancel those unwanted subjects. When I was done cancelling those subjects I checked my proof of registration again, and it shows “Canceled – Yes” next to all those subjects, but it shows an amount due for all those subjects which I did not register for. Error from the VUT registrar section.

According to VUT I need a letter from my electrical engineering HOD as proof that I did not attend those classes from the 17th to the 24th, (but the classes did not even start), so that they can remove it from my statement. But the HOD can’t help because they have nothing to do with registrations. I have to take leave from work every time I go there, with no help. I called them countless times, and have sent countless emails, but to no success.

I need them to remove the subjects amounts due, that I did not register for and canceled from the start.
