I did Cost and Man Acc dipl at CUT (Stu no: ***).After three years at CUT there were still outstanding subjects to be done. I continued my studies at VUT 1997)Stu: ***.I did application for subject recognition with VUT for subject passed at CUT and received exemptions except for Business information systems which I was informed to repeat it at VUT. I also done one module with Unisa which I received exemption for at VUT.I finish the remaining subjects with VUT in 2009.After I enquire about graduation at VUT they responded last year 2014 that they I cannot issue the diploma because I passed most subjects with CUT.VUT than ref me back to CUT and I was advised to do appl for subject recogn for subjects passed with VUT and Unisa in March 2014.Jan this year they came back to me and informed me that my subject recognition couldn't be captured on the system because the qualification has been phased out so they cannot issue the diploma. Questions that are still unanswered are: Why did VUT let me apply for subject recogn although they knew that they are not going to issue the diploma? Why would they want me to repeat B I S? Any other alternatives for me to graduate with VUT?
