Bad service institution

I have never seen an institution that is Soo *********** when it comes to handling applications and also you never get resolution of any matter addressed..I app**** at this varsity last year September on the 15th,till today haven't received a reply, app**** again on their online system..and the info on their portal is supposed to be updated hourly..but nothing to this point has been communicated except that he was acknowledged for a course... when you call to find out about what's happening u are being taken from pillar to post..no clarity watsoever..I need answers
