Application nightmare

To think am actually a proud graduate from the university , but how they are currently doing things is appalling , I app**** for my younger brother last year Sep, with a the relevant documents , and in Nov or Dec when iI tried to check the status of his application online , I got the " ID doesn't exit" error message . I received information from one of their admin guy ,he gave me email address of people I should forward the email i sent in Sep and the "Admissions" email was also included , and i received a rely back saying i should do a late online application , which i have been busy with the whole day today but am getting the 404 error message , Not sure why not a single system works at the Vaal , I don't know maybe a email from them saying my brother was not admitted would have been better unlike this games they have us playing ,

am really disappointed in the level of professionalisms shown by the university , One would think wit the current pandemic we facing online platforms would work like an oiled machine , I really can't believe the application sent in Sep hasn't had a reply till this date .
