Administration

I’m so appalled and disgusted by this institution, it’s always one thing after the other with them. I recently paid off my tuition fee for last year and when I asked a friend to pick up my certificate the names were incorrect, how ? Why? They say it’s administration issue. All my record online they show my full names, I asked for that to be rectified and I’m told i will get the certificate in September and I need it for work purposes, I mean why would I study and then not be given the right qualification, that was not all since I’m not give. My certificate I ask for my academic record so I can use it instead and was asked to pay R60 and paid it but now I’m being told I cannot acquire my academic record because I’m owing, what abuse is this ? Honestly I’m even thinking of involving the media right now cause this is bull**** and they not even picking up calls, god knows what they doing. Or may I’m required to pay a bribe because apparently that how the school operates
