Activation of email

I'm a student at vaal they refuse to help me access my student email account when I call they said I said I should send an email for assistance. They refuse to assist me i sent an email no one responded i went to school i cannot enter without being screebed and when I ask if I can get any assistance because i need ti access my student email account to get the permit so I can be screened but i cab only do that when they activate my student email account. Nobody responds to my email nobody answers the phone. It is very disappointing disheartening that management doesn't feel the urgency to assist studebts when they need help.
