Lost a booking reservation because travelling was closed and I am situated in Johannesburg

Hi I need an agent assistance, I booked with Ushaka waterfront luxurious lavish looker for the 23rd July 2021 to the 26th July 2021, I am currently situated in Johannesburg and as per level 4 restrictions traveling was still closed at that time and will only be opening today the 26th July 2021, the reply that I got from the property is that I've lost my bookings, because I didn't show up, and I don't know how was I going to show up if travelling was still closed, I need my money back please intervene, this is the number that I called this morning ***,and I got a confirmation that there's nothing that they can do
