Terrible service

On the 5th of March 2026 I sent money via money market and the cashier kept saying the M26 code is incorrect even though I kept repeating the same number countless times for over 45 minutes without proper assistance and both the manager and supervisor were not available in the store to assist where assistance is needed and this not the first time this happened on the 1st of February I sent money with Nedbank money app and I showed them the code and they told us that they don't know it I just wondered if they've been trained they don't even have name tags and the attitude they have on costumers is not a good look on them
