Terrible service
On the 5th of March 2026 I sent money via money market and the cashier kept saying the M26 code is incorrect even though I kept repeating the same number countless times for over 45 minutes without proper assistance and both the manager and supervisor were not available in the store to assist where assistance is needed and this not the first time this happened on the 1st of February I sent money with Nedbank money app and I showed them the code and they told us that they don't know it I just wondered if they've been trained they don't even have name tags and the attitude they have on costumers is not a good look on them

Attacked by security lady
My name is Mmatau Khoele,***. I was at the store on the 28th of September 2025. I was talking to the cashier however the security lady told him to work. Then when I left he was trying to ask me something then I said to her "why being rude to him" she said she's not rude. When I was about to come out the other security asked me why am I angry then rep**** to him saying "that lady she's rude" then she snapped shouting at me then rep**** with the same emotions. Although, because i was angry I left but on the 30th went and asked to see the manager. Was standing there with the acting manager while we were talking she heard her name being mentioned she came straight to me telling me "she still feels the same we can go outside" she was aggressive even tapping on my shoulder telling me we can go outside she will do things to me. Then I snapped got angry the other employees took me out then asked me why we fighting I told them I wasn't there for her but wanted to see the manager so that the matter becomes resolved. This is because this is the only store I feel eligible to and I buy my baby stuff there. Now im scared because I will be beaten up
