Dismal service at Uris Power centre Randburg (Job No:J69354)

I received a dismal service from Uris of Randburg, after 6 months of entrusting them with my water pump and an accepting a quote to repair, I have nothing to show. They failed to deliver and returned my machine at a cost for a service that was never carried out.I am struggling to recover my deposit for the repairs which was half the quoted fee. their communication is shocking and always follow several enquiries and visits to the ir premises.
