Poor service and charging for nothing
Here's a rewritten version as a very poor review: Writing What was once a trusted place to take your power tools for repairs is clearly no more. My experience with Uris Power Centre was extremely disappointing. I was charged simply to be told that a replacement dust bag for my sanding machine was not available. After that, I was bombarded with automated emails asking whether I wanted them to continue with the repair, even though they had already informed me that the machine was not repairable. Communication was confusing, service was poor, and the entire process felt disorganized. After some investigation, I eventually discovered that the ownership had changed, which may explain the decline in service quality. The Uris Power Centre I once knew no longer seems to exist. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
