Sadly disappointed

My first experience with them was very pleasant and they went out of their way to help me. Recently I needed a delivery to be made urgently and booked the day before for same day delivery.

After a failed collection attempt the Friday, there was another failed collection attempt on Monday. After begging and pleading for assistance to get the package collected and delivered it fell on deaf ears.

I have never been so embraced to have a package delivered late.

I will not be using their services again and advise you to be careful with using them for Urgent deliveries even if their name is UrgentGo. The service is very unstable as one day you will be helped and the next day you are completely ignored.
