Sadly disappointed
My first experience with them was very pleasant and they went out of their way to help me. Recently I needed a delivery to be made urgently and booked the day before for same day delivery. After a failed collection attempt the Friday, there was another failed collection attempt on Monday. After begging and pleading for assistance to get the package collected and delivered it fell on deaf ears. I have never been so embraced to have a package delivered late. I will not be using their services again and advise you to be careful with using them for Urgent deliveries even if their name is UrgentGo. The service is very unstable as one day you will be helped and the next day you are completely ignored.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish
I had a really good experience with UrgentGo Courier. The customer service was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. They responded to my questions quickly and kept me informed about my delivery. The booking process was also straightforward, and my parcel was handled and delivered as expected. I really appreciated the communication and the effort they made to assist me, 10/10 service.

all thanks to Urgentgo couriers and team, as i was a bit nervous they collect our plans yesterday and they delivered them overnight parcel to Limpopo was delivered as promised, driver was very friendly, what a great service, will be using you guys again when we need urgent parcels and we will recommend your service.

"Overnight" delivery taking a week with ZERO communication or accountability
I paid for an overnight delivery from Randburg to Ballito, and almost a week later, the parcel has still not arrived. For over two days, customer service has been feeding me the exact same line: that they are "checking with operations." I am constantly promised that someone will call me back with an update, but the phone never rings. I am the one who has to keep phoning them to follow up, only to be given the same excuses. Absolutely no one can give me a concrete answer as to where my package actually is or why it hasn't been delivered. I have proactively confirmed the delivery address multiple times, re-verified the recipient's contact information, and even provided the estate access code well in advance. Despite doing all the work on my end, the parcel is nowhere to be found, and the company is refusing to provide real answers. Do not trust their "urgent" or "overnight" claims.

Waybill ***. I paid R203.00 for an overnight delivery to Limpopo Province last week Wednesday, 16 September 2026. I made several calls, WhatsApps and email without success. Since Thursday, a consultant Botselo, keeps telling me she can't do anything about this problem, Operations is not responding to the emails. You can't escalate to the owners, management, and or supervisor. Consultant is not answer questions as to who the names of managers, owners... Is this a **** courier or what??

I had a dilemma where I needed something shipped to me within a day
I had a dilemma where I needed something shipped to me within a day. I even passed the cutoff time for having my package picked up so I could receive it in a day. The lady I was in communication with on WhatsApp was an angel, a lifesaver, because she made it happen. My package arrived in time for my flight on Monday. It got picked up Friday, shipped, and delivered to me by Saturday. It was worth every penny. I am so grateful. This company is 10 out of 10.
