Excellent customer service!

I contacted Urbanwave tone quite about internet connectivity and at the time I contacted them they were not able to assist me. However a few weeks later they had created new infrastructure that would allow them to provide me with service and they then contacted me to let me know of the change and find out if I was still interested.

Once I placed my order, my service was delivered on time and I received updates right up to the when installation took place.

I had one follow up technical query, and I was again assisted promptly and efficiently and provided with a solution that completely meets my needs.

It’s been a breath of fresh air to deal with an internet service provider who still values good customer service!
