WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!!!!!!!!

Please THINK TWICE before you take out a contract with them because there are in my own PERSONAL experience the follwing: 1. ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE whatsoever reason: They debited my bank account on the 28th of May 2024 for R699( free for 1month and then courier service incl) and today is the 21st of June 2024 I haven't received my product nor do they call me to keep me in the loop of things . Everytime I called THEM and the same story all over and when I want to cancel my subscription because of NO SERVICE or DELIVERY they tell me I can't have my money back !!NO SERVICE + NO PRODUCT = ME LOOSING MONEY . I am highly disgusted to say the LEAST.
