Tenants are being reaped off

This company does not care at all about the happiness of their tenants. All they care about is getting money from us. There is a lot of damaged items that are not fixed in the buildings but instead you will receive a rent statement that has charges of things that you would not understand or notified about. Access gates on ther phase has not been functioning for a month now. And you have to go a long way to use the entrance on the other phase. They have notice boards but what you will find there is what is targeting the tenants, only what works for them not the tenants. You will find charges of broken doors , unblocking drain. Tenants charged R20 each unblocking drain R80 eac if you calculate that amount its actually a lot of money that you would not understand why we are charged. Some tenants are made to pay for damages of things that they don't even know about. They do not have cameras in common areas. That will help them see the culprits that damages property and throwing the ******* in the passages but instead some tenants are made to pay for things that are not responsible for. No cameras on some washing lines or guards patrolling the area our clothes are stollen every now and then. Tenants are really frustrated in this building.
