poor customer service

<p>i have been staying at Frankylin building for almost 3 years . The treatment by urban task force employees is reducules . i paid them a vist on monday 01 august 2016 regarding false billing , the person who assisted me refused to tell me her name , after failling to assist i asked her to call her manager but no use she give me a bad attitude . To everyone responsible for assisting clients please bear in mind we pay you salary so we deserve utmost respect and care. i have been querying same thing over and over again but to no avail , my next step is just to move out , they (urban task force hilbrow office ) really dont care about their tenants . </p>
