My clothes and laptop were ****** without breakin

I moved in at York house in April and my clothes and laptop were ****** without a break-in someone with the key opened and stole my stuff. I reported the matter to the office and I was told they will investigate, till today nothing has been said till today when I phoned and spoken to Bronwyn, with her bad attitude she told me that investigation was done but its confidential, she cannot give me the contact details of the head of security they are confidential as well. Can someone senior reply to this?
